If you feel noticeable effects and results in the first 7 days, you’re probably taking an optimal dosage. If you don’t feel noticeable effects, increase your dose by 0.25mL-1mL every 3 to 4 days until you feel the desired results.
Your body can build a tolerance to CBD and CBG where you don’t notice the effects. If that happens, take a 3-4 day break from taking this product to reset your tolerance levels, and start back at a lower dose.
